IMO the Blue Mountain or less dense Seagrove areas are probably the best to avoid beach crowds. But you probably want a house or small condo development to do that. And it's a trade off, you'll have fewer things you probably want to walk to.

We're on 30A a lot but at this point mostly off season. We've started doing Atlantic beaches more during Spring/Summer peaks.

Skip the crowds and head to Ana Marie Island.

Holiday Isle, especially the east jetty area.

This is where we go, not too crowded, but the caveat is we always go after labor day when the "off season" starts.

the beaches stuffed with people
This will be the case through Labor Day. Not only is it overwhelmingly overcrowded at the beach but the traffic is a nightmare.

Another poster recommended going to Pensacola or Navarre and driving between them to the wide open, empty beach. I'd recommend this as well if you want a good beach with as few people as possible. I'm not sure there's another option, to be honest.

If you haven’t booked a place already then you probably have slim pickings for a house with a private beach.

We love Rosemary and go every summer.
