Dead stop traffic in Mobile

25 miles outside of Mobile on I-10 in dead stop traffic.

Any word on what's going on?

This happens basically every Sunday in Mobile. It's just backup from the slowing of traffic at the tunnel, then if just one fender bender happens, you are screwed.

Thats the Bankhead tunnel but it's affecting the tunnel on I-10 bc its forcing everyone that uses Bankhead as a shortcut to go through the Wallace tunnel

That tunnel was one of the worse ideas ever for an interstate highway.
