Celebrity Cruise "MoveUp" program

We going a Med cruise in early Sept on the Excel. Currently booked the Infinite Veranda and currently bidding 2,510 ($5020) for the Sky Suite. My offer strength says, "Fair".
Anyone have success on a winning bid for an upgrade? Should I bid more or stay put?
Also, I read the bid offers can be accepted anytime up until 48 hours before departure.

The Move Up suggestions for cruises I’ve done are ridiculously high. You don’t even get the premium drink package or WiFi that comes with suites if you move up. We just book the level we want from the beginning.
Check some Celebrity groups on Facebook or Cruise Critic. There will be lots of Move Up posts.

I didnt know the drink package wasn't included if the bid to a suite is accepted. I already bought the premium drink and wifi and was planning to cancel that if my bid wins.
