Are there equal or better All inclusive than Excellence PM

We went to this resort a few years back and it was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. I know a lot of people don’t care for all inclusives, but we do like going to one every 5 or so years just to relax and do nothing without worrying about money.
Getting ready to book another. Thought about staying at Excellence Punta Cana, but we enjoyed Playa Mujeres so much. Just wanted to get the TB opinion on other locations.

For the price, Excellence is hard to beat.
Stayed at Excellence El Carmen in June and it was incredible.
Service and people alone made it worth it! The resort was clean and beautiful. Food was pretty good as well.
When I was booking it was between El Carmen and Punta Cana, but I don't think you can go wrong with either from my experience and research.

Yes. Secrets maroma beach was just as good, if not better in my opinion.

Following… never been to an all inclusive, but we are looking at trying one out next year. Good views and good food are only real requirements. Beach would be nice.

We had a great trip to Excellence Riveria in June and plan on going back there.

Went for a wedding, obviously if you look at the price, it is going to be nice but I think you mainly pay for the guest to worker ratio, which seemed to be about even.
The beach ain't great and it was kind of a boring crowd.
I prefer Secrets but I would never go to a non- adults only AI by choice.

Just got back from Secrets Cap Cana and by far the best all inclusive we have ever been to. Pricey compared to others, but worth every penny.Not a 'party' resort (although there are nightly shows and weekly beach parties), but not too far from some great nightspots in Punta Cana.

This thread in encouraging since we are honeymooning at Excellence PM in a few months.
Everyone I know who has done both says PM is better, but that still the one in PC is great

No, but did Casa Velas in PV. Highly recommended. Boutique adults only AI.

I’ve done Privilege Aluxes in Isla Mujeres twice. Enjoyed every part of it both times. Worth looking into

We went to Excellence PM after recommendations from this board and it exceeded my expectations.

I've been to this one, as well Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta, and Casa Velas. This is by far my favorite resort brand. We have never had an issues and enjoyed all three of these properties. The food and service have always been great. I will say the spa a Grand Velas Riviera Maya was the best of the three.
