Make sure you don't run, jog, or walk too fast. If you are going up a flight of stares, it's VERY easy to get winded even when you're walking slowly. I do this every time I go up to Colorado and almost pass out just from walking up a flight of stairs.

I have a theory... altitude might not have been the reason you passed out on the slopes

Well, turns out that I have The flu. That’s what was making the altitude sickness symptoms so much worse.

That makes sense. Sorry to hear that.

First time in probably 5 years or so I didn't fly over Christmas and not coincidentally, it's the first time I haven't gotten sick during that time of year. So happy to not be on a plane making final approach where my head feels like exploding.
