Going next week. Anything cool to do or see. Restraunts in Stowe area?

Stowe is filled to the brim with great restaurants and breweries.
I highly recommend Doc Ponds. Definitely Skinny Pancake for breakfast.
Von Trapp brewery has a good bevarian menu. Good lunch/afternoon snack place. Idletyme also has a great menu but is a brewery as well.
If you have a car and like beer, making the drive from Stowe to Hill Farmstead is an absolute must.

Prohibition Pig in Waterbury is awesome for food and beer. Edson Hill if you want a fancy dinner. I agree with everything Abita said. There is also a pizza place called The Bench with a good tap list.
Burlington is really cool if you don't mind a 45 minute drive to a city. Beautiful views along the way. This time of year should have some frozen waterfalls starting to thaw.
Speaking of waterfalls, Moss Glen Falls is about 10 minute drive with a short planked trail with a really nice fall at the end.

Matterhorn for Apres Ski. All my other old haunts are gone. The Shed. The Rusty Nail.
There are some decent relaxation spas if that's your thing. Topnotch, Stoweflake, Trapp Family Lodge probably in that order. I don't know what or if SMR has one.
If it was summer I'd say hike down to Bingham Falls but don't do that in the winter.

Besides the other recommendations, if you have time, the historic Route 100 is a fun drive. If you do, there is a GyPSy guide app that is well worth it.
If you’re into beer, Hill Farmstead makes great beer and the taproom is really cool. Out in the middle of nowhere

I went to Burlington last March to drink. Absolutely loved it. I was upset I didn’t plan out more time to visit.

I like Waterbury better than Stowe but Sam Malone can't be all wrong

I went to President Calvin Coolidge’s boyhood home.
I like history so it was fun for me.
It is in the middle of nowhere.
