We stayed at the La Bourdonnais in the 7th Arrondissement when we went several years ago. It was nice. Nothing super fancy, but great location and easy to get anywhere quickly. Super small elevator.

Westin Vendomme in the 1st if you want the big city feel. Get a room on the rue Rivoli side overlooking the Tuilleries with a fantastic view.

Hotel de Buci in the 6th if you want a smaller neighborhood feel.

Airbnb in the Marais. Dod this back in December and it was outstanding.

Bro, Prince de Galles. It's a Marriott property, super luxe especially if you get upgraded. It's two blocks from the Louis Vuitton flagship. I don't like desserts, but their Creme Brulé made me a believer. It's three blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It's just off the Champs d'Elysee. I've stayed multiple times. Saw Ritchie Sambora there once.

This. I did almost the same. Stayed in an Airbnb in the 11th, only about a block or 2 from the Marais. Wouldn't change a thing.

I will agree with the Marais apartment also. I once stayed in one on Rue Castex near the Bastille and enjoyed it very much.

Hotel de latour-maubourg… couple hundred a night when I stayed in 2021. Fantastic location. Very friendly staff. I was very happy with this hotel four the four nights I stayed. Give it a Google.
