All Inclusive Recommendations

Family of 4 - Kids are 20 and 11.
We're usually a Disney vacation every year family but want to take a year off next year and do something a little more relaxing. We've been to a couple of Sandals resorts without the kids.
Looking for an all inclusive in the Caribbean that allows kids but isn't too kiddy. Looking at the Bahamas, Dominican or Jamaica but open to any other destination as well.

Go to reddit and search for the all inclusive spreadsheet. It is an incredible file that can be filtered as many ways as one can imagine to locate the right venue for you and your family.

Can’t imagine kids at an all inclusive Caribbean resort. Resort wouldn’t be able to survive very long.

I’d pick an all inclusive around the Mayan Riviera.

do your research on sargassum at resorts/destinations. would hate to pay to visit a resort with seaweed rolling into the beach or even worse, stacked up and rotting on the beach.

everyone is different but I am sure the kids would like a little adventure instead of being locked in a all inclusive.
check out an island like curacao that is safe and you can drive around with no issue. the east side of the island is very dutch, you can stay there and have a "resort" feel but can venture out and see the beautiful island.

Anse Chastenet in St Lucia. Just down the same hill as Jade Mountain. All inclusive packages and minimum age is 10 years old.

Agree with this. I’ve done Caribbean and Mexico and with kids I think Cancun/Riviera Maya is better. An example is the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun. It has a great kids area but also a nice private, adults only pool that overlooks the beach and the entire property. Plus they have good restaurant selections.

Because of the kids check Hard Rock DR, massive resort with many options.

Cruises used to be basically all inclusive but not anymore.
