Windows Phone 8.1

Just upgraded via dev preview. It is pretty sweet. Cortana is amazing, it runs smoothly, there is much more customization and a ridiculous amount of new features. Anyone else upgrade yet? What are your thoughts?

Got it this weekend, it is really smooth.

I am on 8.1 via dev preview on Lumia 920. Phone works great. Very happy with the additional tiles and Cortona.

Same. I could be completely wrong, but does it feel like your phone functions faster as a whole as well? Transitions between apps seems to be faster.
Also go here to get the dev preview. Once you install all that crap (make sure to check your email for cert) just go to settings and check for the update. I had to do two updates before the third was 8.1
ETA: Be sure to do some of these if you get bored. They're great.

I was going to download the dev preview, but I decided to just wait until AT&T releases it. I'm definitely looking forward to it though. Should be in the next couple of weeks where AT&T folks get the OTA update.

Those with the update, are all of the apps functioning properly? Or is there going to be a wait for the updated apps after the long wait for the OS update?
ETA: I did the update. After it went through the entire update, it still says I'm using OS version: 8.0.10521.155
What am I doing wrong?

There is two updates first, then the 8.1 update. Keep updating.

I knew when I heard "Summer" it would probably be September before AT&T got around to doing this. I am just not wanting to try the preview or whatever. Patiently waiting 920 owner.

I love all the new features but it destroyed my battery life. I'm talking, charge it all night and had under 10% battery life before lunch. At first I assumed I was just using the new features more. For two weeks I wouldn't use my phone at all and battery would still drain in 4 hours.
I tried every tip online to no avail. Now I just keep battery saver mode on all day.

The Lumia 635 just came out. I have it and love it.
There are drawback due to its price: 5 mp camera, no front-facing camera (doesn't bother me at all), and low RAM. But everything runs smoothly so far.
