Mine stopped being able to make or receive calls about 4 months ago. Apple couldn’t fix it and they gave me a replacement
This week my wifes started doing the same. No calls text and internet only. Back up took literally 12 hours. Went to apple, they tried to restore and the entire phone went dead. They said “total hardware failure” and nothing could be done and since was 60 days past warranty she’d have to spend 350 bucks to replace
Went to att store and got better deal
Anyone else experience this? 2 complete hardware failures in 14 months??
Im going back to a droid when i can

1 is weird....2 means y’all did something to the phones, probably unintentional.

250$ get a you an LG Stylo. Better phone and platform. You won't miss apple.

Or it could mean they bought them at the same time and they were from the same batch where some worker screwed something up. They sell what, 200 million of these things a year? Even a 0.5% fail rate means 1 million bad units in the wild.

Wouldn't put it past Apple to sabotage the 7s with bad software updates.

Mine did that a few months back and Apple replaced it
Everything would work fine but if I tried to make a call or receive one, it’d lock up

Not surprising really. Apple is slipping imo. My wife’s 7 plus does weird shite like sometimes not receive text messages at all, about 90% of the time I unlock mine the screen rotates as if in landscape mode and back again when it’s not. My Mac takes forever to load a profile even after I wiped the whole thing and started from scratch. These aren’t the days of Steve Jobs products anymore, now they are full of bugs and weird shite.

Apple isn't really a tech company anymore under Tim Cook. It's more of a combination public equity firm/leftist PAC. The quality of their products has steadily decreased, and to be honest they trail their competitors on the hardware front.

Sure, let's pretend Android isn't a Google product

You just made his point...Google is a tech company...Android is an operating system run by google..the hardware is made by many competing tech dims, like Samsung
Apple tries to control it all under roof, and fails you idiots relentlessly and constantly...just plain stupid to get into that trap in this day and age.
To be equal to Google, Apple would let their operating system be used on others devices..wont happen and Apple will eventually fail or break up into separate entities

My post was directed to the leftist PAC comment

Yep, tech and media in general are unfortunately dominated by leftists. Google is definitely no better than Apple in this regard.
