About to start new construction on our camp on False River. Gonna be an elevated floor plan with speakers both in the living area and outside on the patio downstairs. Also will have speakers on the pier. What’s y’all’s suggestions for receiver and speakers that can be controlled through an app with possible zones too?? TIA

Stayed in a South Florida waterfront VRBO with Sonos throughout. It was an awesome setup and sounded great inside and out.

Sonos is probably the gold standard but I’ve got a bunch of Yamaha receivers and they all connect via zones and an app. I’ve got zero complaints.

I have Sonos and love it. If you want to look into alternatives, there's denon heos.
