I’ve been with Cox since 1978 and they gave us a pretty good deal this summer when we stopped our land line. Now we get full Cox TV with all pay channels, sports channels, Gigablast Internet that is clocking at 725 mb download and 40 upload.
Dropped from $325 to $209 monthly with tax and fees and I’m definitely not changing until after football season.
I also have Apple 4K TV and Roku. We are retired and watch a ton of stuff.

$79/month for gigablast from cox, $29 for cable, HBO, Starz, Showtime, Epix from Cox.
I have my own modem and mesh network that brings the price WAY down for Cox. They ran a special when the brought gigablast to our neighborhood so YMMV. Cox gigablast is WAY more reliable than AT&T internet, AT&T would go out for twice a day anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour.

And free hbo max for signing on with above and amazon prime for whatever that costs.
I get kanopy got free through the public library. Tons of great uncut, no ads movies.
I refuse to pay for a commercial delivery system, e.g. cable or Hulu
