Guys, it's a joke.
Some people are so sensitive in here. Most of us that are here like tech so odds are we've had both the iPhone or Android phones at some point.

Apple has always had a strong "graphic arts" type applications. Can't deny that. I used to use them when I worked in publishing.

Honestly, with the release of Android 6, that operating system pulled ahead of iOS. The gap has grown wider with the release of Android 7 and now 8.
The issue with android has always been privacy and security, but there are ways to allieviate that by choosing the right handset and how you get apps to install on it.

Does someone have the percentage breakdown of androids? So doesn't Samsung (s7, s8, s9) have a majority of droid devices?
Curious how Google is doing with their Pixel, Pixel 2, etc? Weird that it's google's OS but they don't even lead in the device category now that they are definitely making devices like phones, routers, laptops and the OS for all of them.

apple really is targeted to old people.
Full disclosure: I'm 60 yo and have been involved in computers and other tech stuff since my junior year in HS.

It is hard to pinpoint, but apple really is targeted to old people.

There is a reason the 18-34 demographic is so important. They will try new things. After that you see a person more set in their ways.

Most people I know use IPhone and then Galaxy. I use a BlackBerry Keyone on Nougat but also have an IPad pro. I'm pretty comfortable w both OS's.

What industry? I am in management at a Fortune 200 company, and most of my colleagues have nice androids.
My S9+ came in yesterday, and my coworker with a new IPhoneX was lamenting his more expensive less impressive phone as he checked it out today.
