TD blocked on work server

Is there a way to get around it?
In highschool we were able to use proxy websites, but those are blocked as well.
I read somewhere that you can download a program onto a USB and run it from there.
The office is laid back, and need something to surf during our slow time.
Any advice would be appreciated.

If it really is laid back and your boss is okay with using your down time, you COULD ask them to look into it. It is likely they are just using default settings on their firewall and haven't bothered to do much configuring. If TD got flagged in a certain category (like adult) incorrectly, it could get blocked.
I suppose you could, technically, establish a remote connection to your home computer and browse it that way. It'd be a fairly convoluted way to just browse a website.
All outbound network traffic routes through your firewall. It can see the destination address and will block it. Unless your company is using software-based filtering (like OpenDNS), there's not much you can do to get around a company firewall and in all honesty you shouldn't even try regardless.
That said, best to ask yourself if it is worth it to bring it up. If not, use your phone.

I could tell you a trick that might work but I don't want you to get in trouble. Just use your phone.

pSiphon.
It's pretty amazing, small program that when you run it puts you through a proxy within 5 seconds and you can bypass all that.
LINK
throw it on a usb drive and you can bypass any firewall you come in contact with. Just make sure to close it when you are done. It doesnt require an install.

Go to command prompt and type in nslookup
Type in Tg's IP address instead of URL and see if you can access it that way

There is a reason they are blocking it!

A good business level firewall can stop that.

Always use your phone for TD. If you read some of the topics on this board (especially Poli board and OT lounge) you will see that this site could actually be flagged for inappropriate content at virtually any respectable workplace.
