Makes me sad that people still buy Chinese made shite when there are alternatives, just to save a few bucks.

Pipe down.

ETA: what is the difference between mini LED backlighting and full array? Thismay be a better option for me instead of paying $1700 for the samsung Q80T.

Go rtings.com and compare them directly.

But i don't think they make it in a 75".

Ordered mine from Best Buy last weekend. Should be in next week. Hoping it's a solid buy.

I compared them and it seems the Samsung is a little better, but for the price difference I am not sure it worth it.

Debating on pulling the trigger on the 65 or not. It’s seeming like some of your best bang for your buck out there.

Anymore reviews from someone who’s gotten one in?

They are both Full Array. Mini LED just has more LED's throughout which can allow for more zones of local dimming

Comparing TCL mini-LED R635 ($899) vs. Hisense H9G ($949)

Seem to be the best TVs under $1K

If the H9G had the Roku interface I would buy it all day. In fact I probably wouldn't even get a TCL. TCL is by far the best ROKU brand tv. I know I could just hook up a streaming device, but it isn't the same for me when I do still have paying cable services. I like to run the cable through it instead of switching inputs.

The H9G has tremendous reviews including Flomo's (Youtube TV Reviewer) high praise. He said at any other time the TCL would be the most impressive, but the H9G has him floored by its performance for price. He said both are awesome for the price though.

I had the 55" TCL mini-LED and decided to get the 65" instead.. and all I can say is wow.. what a difference size makes.

If the H9G came in a 75" I'd probably be buying it.

wrong. And you were so smug too.

i see Rtings has the Hisense H9G ahead of this thing in most categories.. for the same price, is there any reason to go TCL over the Hisense? (talking about 55")

Where can you find a H9G? I can't find one on amazon or best buy.
