maybe you should've worn sunglasses when you were younger.

Just get four pairs of cheap polarized glasses off of Amazon (I use Rivbos.) it’s look late for you now, but obsessive sunglass use in the sun has kept my face looking ten years younger.

You ain't seen nothing yet (62) but it beats the alternative.

Pay attention to what you get, make sure they block 100% of UVA & UVB, UVB being the most important thing.

Here is a good reference for you.

there are days i walk outside and i dont have my sunglasses and i want to flip off the sun. can't handle it like i could growing up.

i have a long shady drive out of my subdivision and when i turn onto the main road and the sun hits me and i realize my wife took my sunglasses out i want to start punching people.

i've been known to hit a circleK to buy a pair of $5 sunglasses because thats how bad it is for me driving without them on a sunny day.

The worst thing you can do for your eyes is buy cheap sunglasses.

The dark tint fools your eye and opens the iris up, but the cheap lens lets in all the UV rays your eye was trying to squint and also block out without the glasses, and that's really bad for your eyes.

Mom and I keep 2 pairs of of boxy square framed really dark sunglasses from an ophthalmologist’s dilation exam in the glove compartment and regular sunglasses and a pair of clip-on lenses for any occasion readiness.

Diabetes affects my vision in many ways but the most frequent symptoms involve light intensity and color. Can actually see some interesting combinations, like a lime green tint with local clarity and distant haze.
