Does anyone know how to stop the auto login for apps such as ESPN etc. on fire stick. ESPN auto logs to whatever wireless network I am connected to.

I don’t know if you’re talking about TV Provider because that’s what mine does. Well at least one of my firesticks keeps logging me into Hulu which I haven’t had in over a year. I have two other firesticks that work fine. When I want to watch the TV that the firestick that does that is on I just switch over to my AppleTV. It always works. I’ve tried deleting the app. I’ve tried clearing all data from the app and the damm thing still does it

Run in chrome incognito on your cellular service.

If you run on wifi, it will auto-login.

I cut the cord and was using a friends cox info for the ESPN to watch baseball. Now the ESPN app logs me into my internet only Cox account automatically. It seems to be there should be a way around this since if you subscribe you should be able to access it form somewhere other than your home.

Mine is doing the same. I don’t have Sports package with Cox because I use AttTV for that.

Want to stay logged into AttTV on the app but it switches to Cox every time I launch the app.

Spectrum used to do that. It's called home based authentication. After months of complaining to them, I now get a popup saying "logging in with this account" with my local account which is internet only. I click "no, log in to another account" and I can then use my credentials from my other account to login. I have tv and internet at one location and internet only at another so I can use the login from the tv account to stream at the internet only location.
It took them about a year or so to finally get it that way so if it was possible for spectrum to do it, I'm sure cox can as well.

Try signing on from a different IP address on the Fire TV. For instance: create a hotspot from your phone, sign on to that WiFi network, and then try to sign on to your provider. This should then allow you to reconnect to your home WiFi and use the new SSO credentials. Not sure the reason for it working this way, but there it is.

or factory reset your firetv...

Use phone as hotspot to login with whatever credentials you want. Then reconnect to wifi
