They had it on the truck in PHX yesterday for same price. My husband bought us one yesterday just cause he wanted to finally buy something off the truck
So far the Hue is cool. There are a ton of third party apps you can get to do special effects with the bulbs.

That price is a steal. At that price, I'd buy 4 or 5 kits if they had that many on the truck.

Go through the Amazon app. Go to "see all programs" and then tap on treasure truck. It will tell you what they are selling that day and what locations/times they will be at.
However....items on the truck sell out fast. We've tried purchasing items 5 minutes after getting the text alert that morning and it was already sold out.
