Trying to decide if paying more for LG OLED versus Qled or p series.

most seem satisfied with their quantums, my only thing with vizios are there reliability issues.
I went with OLED, remains to be seen if it ends up being $6-700 better

Just an FYI, Best Buy has the 65" OLED B8 for $1,999(regular 2,799).

call up buydig or make offers on Greentoe for an E8 or C8 and you'll get close to that price with shipping and tax already included

Just picked up the R615 and am very happy with it as well. The Roku integration is so good.

After 4 days of watching the OLED, I am glad I made the purchase. Very clear picture.

I'm looking at either the samsung nu8000 line or the Sony XBR65X900F. Is the Sony $500 better?
Yes.

have a Panasonic 65in plasma for sale. Works great just too big for this house. Had a theater room at last house.
Do you still have it and how much?

Would you say they are easier or harder than plasmas? I have a 2008 Samsung Plasma still in my boys playroom. No burn in on that one.

I have a 60" Panny Plasma that is dying - making a loud buzzing sound. Anyway, would you guys recommend going up to 65" or down to 55"? Seems like it is either one or the other with OLEDs. I guess 65" is obvious answer but it is not in a huge room (extra bedroom used as den/mancave) and seems like 65 may be overkill. Appreciate your thoughts.

I have a 60" Panny Plasma currently. I love this thing! If I had to buy a new one today, I would go with the 65" LG OLED. There have been some deals on the 2018 version (C8) through an eBAY authorized seller for ~2100-2200.

I ordered the lg B8 65 inch on Saturday for 1700 through Beach Camera on Ebay. It's supposed to show up tomorrow so hopefully it's what I ordered (the slickdeals page had people freaking out that it was a refurbish model because the listing update the next day)..
