Same thing happened to me. I think they don’t have enough stock, even though it’s still listed on their website. I ended up trying sams club and it actually processed and shipped today. Excited to get it in.

Well frick I’m gonna try Sams too. I almost ordered from them but they charge $60 shipping vs Costco was free. Only reason I went there first.

What do you want out of a TV?

Let the pros explain it to you.

OLED has a better picture mostly due to contrast ratio and perfect blacks. But does come with a slight risk of burn in. P quantum can get brighter if it’s in a well lit room.

LINK

is this a solid deal on the LG? $2,296 but you get a $225 gift card with the puchase, so I could turn around and buy my mount and the sound bar with it.

The TV will be in the living room. No gaming and not worried about smart stuff.

Just want best picture for the money. Don't want any fuzzy pixels watching a football game.

HDAVPRO has good pro es on the LG OLED's. Worried about getting a TV shipped to me though.

Best picture still isn't super easy to define.

Do you care about viewing angles? If so, OLED will give you the best viewing angles. If not, quantum dot TVs can give you awesome picture quality when sitting directly in front.

How do you deliver content to your TV (satellite, roku, fire tv, etc.)?

I bought a 65" RCA from walmart's cyber monday sale in 2017 for $500. It has been awesome.

That’s gonna happen with any tv due to compression while watching stuff like that

unless you sit there watching something like a new channel for days on end (something with a static logo or banner) burn in wouldn't be an issue for you. I play xbox on mine so burn in was a big thing to me.

I'm do for an upgrade, running a 60 inch Samsung from 2014. Anything coming out in the next few months worth waiting for?

I've had two TV suffer from burn in so I'm ruling out OLED
