After typing my zip it says service is unavailable there.
Did it have a zip already filled in?
IF so, just leave it even if it's wrong. Mine shows me in a town about 20 minutes away, but if I corrected it I would get errors. This was on a Fire TV though.
Same New Orleans Market so the specific location didn't matter to me.

I tried the new zip first and then my old zip and they both won't work. It's basically saying content is unavailable.

Signed up for Vue last night on their website without having one of the listed devices in the OP. I got on their website and signed up for a free trial. Logged into NBC Sports on my AppleTV using Vue Credentials and didn't run into any issues. Did I get lucky or was it a glitch?

The devices are for the actual vue app. That app allows you to watch tv like cable. Your logins for specific "anywhere" apps are pretty device agnostic.

Sling added NFL Network and Redzone yesterday I believe. Hope this speeds up the release on vue.

on /r/vue people are saying they are starting to be able to log into NFL Network apps using their credentials.
I'd imagine it comes in the next few days. If I remember right they tend to release stuff in the first half of the month

Have they fixed the 60 fps without having to restart app and audio sync issues yet?

Not that I am aware of. Haven't used it in a few days though.

There was an update released today but no idea if it addresses this issue.

Hmmm, been using Sling for almost a year now. Was pretty happy with it. But today I went to their website to see if I could switch packages to get NFL Redzone and NFL Network.
I have had Sling Orange($20 - Disney affiliated).
Sling Blue has Redzone and NFL Network ($25 - FOX affiliated).
I was already paying the $20 + $5 for ESPN. So I switched my subscription to Blue, re-added the Sports add-on. And thought for an additional $5 a month I was getting ESPN channels, Fox Sports channels, and NFL Network + Redzone, and all the other channels included with Sling Blue. Nope. Not possible. The Sports add-ons are different for Orange and Blue. You can't mix the Blue base channel package and the Orange Sports add-on or vice versa. So I would have to buy Sling Orange + Blue package ($40). Then add on the $5 Sports add-on to get the channels above.
All to stream on 1 device? frick that, I'm cancelling and subscribing to PS Vue.
Peace Sling, time to start getting your shite in gear, you've got competition.

The audio sync issue appears to be fixed now.

The audio sync issue was with the fire TV, not Roku. I'm still seeing that issue from time to time.
I also put my Roku 3 back in my living room instead of the fire TV B/c watching sports was dreadful on the fire TV. I didn't notice it until I watched the basketball game the other day, since there haven't been any fast moving sports on TV lately.
Apart from the guide on Vue, the fire TV is a peice of shite if you ask me.

Guessing they roll out the update in phases, mine hasn't hit yet.

Tried to force update, but still stuck on .0.

I tried to sign up this weekend to PS Vue. It is available in lafayette, but apparently not in Broussard. Doesn't make sense, but it is what it is. No soup for me.

So is Vue getting NFL Network and/or Redzone anytime soon?
