Anyone else streaming Paramont + and having fits with shows not running and also buffering. I ordered the service mainly to see 1883 on Sony Android tv using Spectrum internet. But it has been a POS service...Have deleted the app and redownloaded. Called Paramonts help line only to sit on hold forever...Any one else have these issues recently?

I ordered this channel on my Roku TV. It's charging me every month. I have no idea how to login from Android. It doesn't recognize my email address.

Terrible app, always have issues. Tonight on FireTV couldnt get past an ad sequence in Episode 2 of 1883, kept reloading to the scene right before the ad. Switched over to ChromeCast to finish episode. Not the first time Ive used multiple platforms to get through one show.

I've been watching 1883 and Mayor of Kingstown and have not had any issues whatsoever with the Paramount service.

I had the same issues two weekends ago with and episode of MOK. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled app, unplugged modem, looked to see if Samsung TV needed updating, did a speed test, etc. called tech support and they just emailed me back today saying they were still working on it. I finished that episode plus a couple of others on my laptop. I watched the latest episodes of 1883 and MOK this past Sunday on my TV with no issues.

My issues with Paramount seem to be how the app sync with my tv an android based Sony smart tv. I deleted and downloaded the Paramount + app several times and its still the same shite show... It seems to freeze and play the commercials over and over I either have to go back or reload...But on my MacBook I can watch perfectly...Even with cdmi cable thru tv no issues.. I guess its something with the app and my tv? Never had an issue with HULU, Netflix or other streaming its all +, tried calling customer service its non existent.

For Amazon FireTV, we go to settings, apps, manage apps then pick the Paramount Plus app. Force stop, then clear cache. Then go back to Home Screen and restart the app.
That clears up the freezing and buffering shite for a couple of hours.

That seems like a lot to get an app working that you pay for. Paramount is the worst app I’ve ever come across.
