The wife is in administration for ascension parish schools. She usually goes through 5-6 full sized notebooks a year and then has photos of these notebook loaded into her Google drive.
There has to be an easier way to facilitate this right? Can someone make a suggestion?

Rocketbook. You can use multiple colors of pens, and it's erasable. Use the app to digitize the notes, and erase with water on a microfiber.
It's pretty good at transcription into text, and considering I'm writing notes that involve words like DNS, NTP, and my crappy handwriting, it's pretty decent. I do try to review my uploads nearly immediately, though.

Remarkable 2 is great if it fits what you want to do. I used to do both it and an iPad Pro (liked the idea of travel computer+handwritten option), but the Remarkable ruined me for writing on an iPad.
Swapped the pro for a new MacBook Air so that's my on the go setup now (Remarkable 2 + Air).
