Now you just need to swap a few N4's for an N6 and you're golden.
My wife and 17yo son might have something to say about that.
They already grumble when I factory reset their phones for new os updates. I'm reconsidering root on them. Other than adway I don't think my wife would notice must difference if I went back to stock.
I anticipate a few quick update to android L aster the initial image and she hates it when I take her phone and lose all her passwords.
My son can start managing his owm phone.

Why would you buy a 6" Android behemoth without even looking at it first to see if you can handle the size? (if you have already played with a phone of that size are are comfortable with it, ignore the rest of my post).
I never said I was worried about the size at all. In fact, my tired eyes are looking forward to the jump in size. I shall ignore the rest of your post.

They started yesterday. I saw where someone quoted a Google engineer. He said in the first 24-48 hours usually 1% of the devices will get the update. They constantly review the data and make sure the update is successful and they increase the number until everyone has it in about 2 weeks. And apparently constantly checking for updates does nothing b/c either you are in a roll out group or not. checking it will not get you the update any sooner.

Why should I get rid of my Nexus 5 for the 6?
Posted on 11/14/14 at 4:40 pm to hendersonshands
Forbes called it quite possibly the best phone ever made. I love my N5, but I also get the new Nexus every year, so you either want a new phone or you don't.

I've been an iPhone sheep for 7 years, so I figure this phone should be the most ideal representation of the Android experience to help me decide if I've been wasting my life or not.
