I would like an all in one style with plenty of ram and a fast processor. Also something with a decent graphics card already installed would be great. Touchscreen would be nice as well. Windows preferably.
TIA
TIA

An "All n One" will typically limit you in available graphics cards, so you'll have to really define to yourself what "decent" means to you.

Nothing too serious really. I have like one or two games that I play. One is Age of Empires.

AO1's often cost more than a desktop/monitor combo with similar hardware specs. They are harder to upgrade due to limited space and usually less powerful than comparable desktops.
Get either a desktop or a laptop with a dedicated video card and 16GB RAM and you should be fine.

That's a pretty shitty graphics card. What you're buying is a low end laptop in a desktop form factor for $1500. I wouldn't recommend it.
You'd be better off buying a mid range laptop from Asus for a similar price with better specs. At least get something with a RTX 3050 GPU. It's not awesome, but will play modern games at acceptable frame rates.

Which AoE, and what's your second game?
AaE:II DE is vastly more cpu intensive than it is gpu intensive.

Not to throw a wrench, but AoE III:DE was unplayable without a GPU at launch. I think they attempted a patch/upgrade. But it was so bad I found a 1660Super just to play it.
Related: I recommend Age 3 DE. Have not played 4 yet.

I'm not a serious gamer at all but I do appreciate the feedback. I'll probably be playing AOE 4 and that will be the extent of my pc gaming.
This would be mainly for home/office use and some light gaming.

You can get into a lower end gaming laptop with a docking station for well under what you are looking to spend on the all in one and come out way ahead on performance and hardware.

Do you have any you would recommend?

MSI
For a little over $1,500 (once you bump the base model up to 16GB RAM and add taxes), that MSI laptop will do everything you want and more (500GB SSD, 16GB RAM, Geforce 3060 with 6GB RAM, Ryzen 7 processor).
There are other options out there, you just have to dig a bit for them.

Just go see Tim Rawls at Tim’s Computers on Sherwood Forest Blvd in Baton Rouge. He’ll set you up right. He’ll build what you want and give good service.

I just got a Dell Inspiron AIO DT 5400.
I know a lot of people don't like all in ones, but I am going back to an all in one after having a laptop for years.

A big second for MSI. Costco has an MSI Stealth 15M for 200 or 300 off. I've been very impressed with MSI; you get alot of power for the price and their laptops are low on the gamer look, as in its not all RGB. You coukd take it to a business meeting and no one would tell the difference.
I highly reccomend getting a 144hz screen. Even if it is adaptive refresh rate the smoothness of a 144hz screen, especially for games, is just so much easier on the eyes. I'll take a 1080p 144hz screen over a 4k 60hz any day.
