Is this a decent laptop for $329?

Yes, it would be great for a student or as a travel computer.

I've recently bought two Lenovo refurbs, one laptop and one desktop, from e-bay seller arrow-direct and would suggest you take a look at what they have to offer. You can get a comparable T430 laptop for $100 less than the HP, with bonus features like Win 10 Pro and a fingerprint reader. The M92P desktop I bought had an i7 processor, 12 GB RAM, solid state drive, and Win 10 Pro for $320.

I did a search on arrow-direct, and it shows he hasn't sold anything in the last 12 months?? Or at least no feedback in the last 12 months. And no products listed now?
But they do have a website.
