I have AT&T and there is an issue with the towers in my area so my service has been spotty for about a week. I call them and their response is.... "If you have at least one bar deal with it"

I've had Sprint for 10 years now and have no real complaints. I've never understood the hate but maybe my experience is an anomaly.

Sprint has gotten MUCH better than it used to be. With LTE reaching most of the country and their unlimited plan, I don't see the need to leave anytime soon. Verizon is king but I don't wanna pay more for a data cap.

I had sprint and was stuck in 3G hell plus terrible voice quality so yeah. If you are considering sprint a MVNO would be the same price on a More reliable network

The worst by far. Horrible building penetration. You instantly drop to one bar anytime you walk inside a large building. Their phones have the worst resale value and worst battery life as well because of the LTE bands they use.
You are better off going to straight talk and using Verizon's network. If you are worried about coverage.

I had them 15 years before going nuts with them. What type of phone do you have? I'd go Project Fi if you're cool with a Nexus. If you want your own device try TMOB free for a week and see what you think.

I want the iPhone7
. They have it for $200 - 2year contract.... but I would only pay $100 with my trade in. I'm tired of AT&T and their bullshite.

In big cities, it's not a big deal.

The problem with Sprint is coverage. If you don't travel much and are in a sweet spot for their coverage, then they definitely offer more bang for your buck. Unfortunately they no/zero 4G LTE coverage in our area. Here's their coverage map: LINK

If that is truly their response, I would send them $3 for your next bill and tell them something very similar.
Oh, and AT&T sucks.

i've had sprint exclusively since 2005. 2 different work lines and as a personal line as well since then. so under 3 separate accounts i guess.
used to (in Texas) it was the only one that got reception in small towns i travel to for work. i feel like that fell off a bit in the early 2010's.
as of today. i have fast rectption in any decent sized town (meaning more than 1k people.) never find too many dead spots (maybe a very very large building) and never have trouble with going over limits.
i'm sure other people have different experiences, but Sprint has never once given me a reason to leave. Coverage is better than AT&T and Verizon would have you believe and i have never once gotten off the phone with support angry.
