Has probably been discussed ad nausem but here goes. Bought iPhone 11 about 14 mo ago. Battery life was phenomenal till last month then decline dramatically . Deleted a bunch of apps, cleared out storage , etc with no change. Anything else of is this just iPhone BS?

if you go to the battery section in settings it will tell you how much battery capacity has been reduced since new. What does it say?

25% is a work-related app. The rest is text, phone, google, usual stuff

New to iPhone, can you tell me how to find what apps are draining the batter most? Is there a app to close apps that are open?

1. Open Settings and swipe down to tap on Battery
2. You can choose to view battery stats from the last 24 hours or last 10 days
3. Swipe down to view battery usage by app

From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

I’m on 14.6 and my battery life has gone to complete shite seemingly overnight. My max battery capacity was at 93% Saturday and now its 88%. Something has to be up with this update.

Wow my battery is at 85% and my iphone 11 pro is barely a year or so old.

Now I am wondering if it is the latest update.

I even took suggested precautions to preserve it. Such as fully charging then letting it drain out and never leaving it plugged in over night.

read this: iOS 14.6 is draining people's iPhone batteries. . . c/net

Although my phone/battery seems to be doing better than the release just prior to this one.
