The box I received my phone had all the stuff to send the phone back in. That’s what I assumed. It had box tape and a mailing label in it.

I got an email saying my return materials would arrive 5-7 days after the new phone. However, I did get a return label with the new phone.

I ordered a blue one to upgrade from my XS max, cant wait for the camera.
What case are yall using? I am looking for a thin clear one that has a rubber edge to stop it from sliding face down.

I ordered me a clear spigen from Amazon. I have used nothing but them for about 4 years and they seem to work great at only $15

Same. I’ve had a few significant drops in the Apple case too, and haven’t had any issues yet. Has that been the case (cough) for you as well? I don’t know anyone else that uses an Apple leather case to ask, and have always been curious if others get decent protection from them too.

Only time I have had an issue with damage in a leather case is when the screen hit a corner that the case had no protection to offer.

Alright, so I plan on getting the new iPhone 12. I’ve never done the online order and I don’t want to go through the store.
Is this the basic method of how this will go?
1. I order the IPhone 12, do the trade in
2. They send it to me, along with a box for my trade in. I USPS my old iPhone back to them
3. While having my new phone, I can get all my pictures and videos on my new phone via the Apple Cloud?

Basically yeah. You will be paying full price until they receive your phone and verify the condition that you stated. Then they will reimburse you for the phone. You typically have 10-14 days to ship the phone back to Apple or the carriers, so you will be able to transfer data. check the terms and conditions on the trade in for specifics.
