HULU with Live TV seems too good. What am I missing?

Doing the trial now.
Have smart TV's so don't need any other devices.
Unlimited screens and nice DVR for a minor up charge.
What are some of the cons?
TIA

No Hallmark channel is what has kept me from switching. Other than that it's a good service and it will probably get better as they offer bundled pricing with Disney+ and start bringing more original content to Hulu.

Why all you baws like the hallmark channel? What am I missing?

They do not. This is the reason I went with PlayStation Vue after the Hulu trial. I don’t really like the interface of PS Vue though. I’m going to try out Sling TV next month.

I don't watch Pro football

I’m using Sling currently but used PS VUE last season. I only need the service during football season.

I'm debating this same thing right now. PS Vue or Hulu Live TV.. I'm gonna try both with free trials and see which one we like more. Don't give a shite about some candy arse Hallmark channel.

It's obvious the women run the house.

The only issue I see with Hulu is that they nickel and dime you on how many screens you can watch it on at the same time.. 2 screens simultaneously or an extra $10 a month for unlimited...

Have had it for about 2 months now. Very satisfied with the service. Can't think of any outages yet. The only negative so far is the guide is absolute trash.
Switched over from DirecTv Now, which was an abomination. Glad I made the switch. Still thinking about giving Youtube TV a try down the road.

A wife. I told mine about the price of Hulu and all. She was good until I mentioned they don’t have Hallmark. “Forget it” were her next words.
I see that folks are petitioning Hulu to add it.

Another added benefit to Hulu Live is the ability to watch apps on demand a la cable and satellite.
I have ESPN, FXNow, IDGo, FoxSports, etc. to watch along with the live content.
That could help people who are hesitant to pull the trigger due to screen streaming limitations.
ETA: Just read my post and it's kind of vague. You can watch live television through the apps themselves instead of Hulu therefore increasing your number of live streams without paying extra for it.

Only con is I think there are some shows that they have to have commercials.
Hulu is in my rotation. When I get around to dumping HBO Now, I'll pick up Hulu for a while.
I don't touch network tv so Hulu is great to get caught up or test out new shows.

Rather than cancel your service altogether, putting your Hulu subscription on hold is a wonderful and efficient option you may not have considered. Some people don't know about it, but you can put your account on pause for up to 12 weeks, or up to three times in a three-month period
I recently discovered this. LINK

I have noticed semi-frequent buffering issues when commercial breaks come up (when their commercials are trying to load). They don't have The Weather Channel (which the wife and I like to have on as background noise if there's nothing else of interest on).
Other than that it's great.
