How do I reset my language preference to the whole world?

So over the last 6 months I've traveled to Spain and Mexico for separate events. I was away a total of 4 weeks since August. However now, whenever I get ads, they are always in Spanish. It started in late November just after I returned from Mexico. Hulu, YouTube, RokuTV, whatever interlaces ads in videos, it's always in Spanish.
Even my home TV, on US soil the entire time. If I open any channel App (espn, hgtv, etc) the show is in English, but the ads are in Spanish.
Not a big issue, and it will likely fix itself, but is there any way to force reset language preference to my TV, Phone, computer?

You care that your ADS are in spanish?

I wish I could help. I changed my iPhone to español briefly hoping it would help me practice my Spanish just having to read everything daily. However it also made my predictive text and autocorrect into Spanish which isn’t helpful. So I changed it back to English and I still get random autocorrect in Spanish.
