Message the guy and find out what it is. It looks like a late 90's IBM Aptiva.

Monitor says “IBM” and a similar size/shaped coloration on the tower (midline, and inch or two above the ground) has a similar color. Size, and shaped logo. So I think it’s an IBM product. My guess is 97-02.

Was going to say 1997-1999 based off of the Packard Bell I had.

I still have some shite that looks like that. Send me a link and I'll offer him a swap.

Someone is selling that? I'm not buying based on the condition of the house alone.
Its one thing to be poor, but poor and filthy is no way to go through life.

It's from the early 90's.

We still have a DEC VAX 4000-705A, 4000-300 and Alpha in service.

Does it have a Turbo button?

that ad was for the desk
That desk is probably from 2000-2002. I had a very similar one back in high school. I believe it was from the same (and I use this word liberally) collection from Walmart(?).
As for the PC, hell if I know.

Probably the most confusingly named thing in the history of technology.

FB Marketplace is stupid....I couldn't sell a brand new surface type cover and surface pen (both NIB) for $75.

Before I saw your guess, I was going to say, 1995 to 1999.

Mid to late 90's. I used to build them daily.

Reminds me of back in ‘04, when I left my corporate media gig to work for a state government entity.
One of my last tasks with the corporation was to collect all the outdated PCs we had in storage at the office and take them to a local charity for donation. About 2 dozen Dell Optiplex GX tower CPUs with 100mhz Pentiums, all depreciated out and well past their usefulness.
The following week I reported to my new gummint gig. Waiting for me in my cubicle? You guessed it:
And that, my friends, is just one of the differences between working in the public sector vs the private sector

I have a similar PC running at my office, a 20 year old Dell Dimension. It's an off-site mirror of a client's custom manufacturing / accounting system. A million dollar company runs on that!
