ESPN+ and Disney +

We got a deal for Disney+ through AT&T for 3 years. I want to drop Youtube TV and still want live sports. I do not want to change to the D+/Hulu bundle. Can you use ESPN+ with Disney+ alone? I have tried to find information on it, but everything is geared toward the HULU bundle and not D+ stand alone.

are you thinking that an ESPN+ subscription will get you ESPN w/out having to have another streaming TV package?

If you can get ESPN+ with Disney+, I wanted to drop Youtube TV and just keep ESPN+ using my D+ account instead of my YTV acct.

You don’t get regular ESPN, espn2, etc with ESPN+, so you might want to rethink dropping YouTube tv. You can get Hulu live tv if you wanted, it’s basically the same as YouTube tv with a different interface, or sling tv is a cheaper option.

This!!!!!!!!!!!
ESPN+ does NOT equal ESPN Channels in any way, shape, or form.

Ha, ESPN+ without ESPN sucks. Other way around sucks too.

Like others have said, ESPN+ is just all the random, smaller sporting events that aren’t on any of the main channels (ESPN, ESPN2, SECN, etc)

That is changing rapidly, and it looks like fans are going to be forced to subscribe to ESPN+.

Been seeing articles alluding to something similar, but I think it's more along the lines that you will be able to "upgrade" your current ESPN+ subscription to add the live sports on ESPN, ESPN2, SEC Network, ESPNNews...
To Op, you will need one of the liveTV streaming services (YouTube, Fubo, Sling, Hulu...) when you still want to watch live sports. But, depending on your poison, you may be able to juggle back and forth between 2-3 of them to cut your costs while also being able to watch the sports events you want
