Basically every major population area
Going on for more than 3 hours now.
So happy I decided to cancel this shite. Price increases, channel reductions, constant service problems, and literally non-existent customer service.

Yeah it's time for everyone to wake up and drop all things ATT...youtube tv is a much better product

I’ve had them since launch. Price slowly creeps up. What is a comparable product for price & content?

I’m sure there are plenty of ideas in the cord cutting thread. It seems the other plug and play options are still sling, ps vue, and YouTube tv. I’ll be researching tomorrow to figure out my next move.
It’s hard to understand how a company can be so terrible at customer service these days.
The directv now twitter feed is nothing but copy and paste replies that say ‘we understand some customers are experiencing service issues. We have no eta on when these will be fixed.’
They refuse to issue billing credits when stuff like this happens, despite the constant price increases for a shittier product.
There are several teeets like this one that tell people they’re “disappointed to see A&E put you in the middle of their negotiations.”
It’s like they found a book on what NOT to do when it comes to customer service and decided to make all of those things their policy.

I dropped DirecTV Now a few weeks ago for Philo. I don't miss it and its shitty service one bit!

After GOT is done in a few weeks I will be dropping too. Sick of this shite.

Switched to PlayStation Vue. Much better and no issues.

They are also refusing to give a credit for lost service today. WTF?

Yeah HBO is not much use to me after GOT

We've had Directv Now since launch, and we're dropping it next month and moving to Philo. I'll use WatchESPN for sports through the cable account we pay for at my in-laws house, and Philo's channel lineup is great for our needs (no sports channels though).

Seems like most of their original programming is just 'woke' shite now.

ATT is such an abomination of a company. They ruined DirecTV.

I’m going to be starting my search on Monday. Have had DTVN since launch. But just this week my HBO has disappeared from it. And the price increase. I’ve never had serious connection issues. But still

PS Vue is a great service.

Yep, mostly. Chernobyl is pretty good.
Timing is everything. My AT&T fiber 12 months is up and with DTVN grating my last streaming nerve I may make a move back to Cox. Somewhere around $144 for 300mb, 170 channels including HBO, Showtime, Skinamax and one other one. This price is locked in for 24 months.

I'm more glad every day that I got away from them.

Yep, yesterday was the last straw for me and I cancelled it. Had been thinking about cancelling it for a few weeks anyway. Probably just go without a cable subscription for as long as I can tolerate it.
