Any way to bypass the $200 price or seriously reduce it?

If you have a Windows 7 computer you should be able to still upgrade to Windows 10 for free. Do a little googling, basically the standard upgrade installer you can download from Microsoft will upgrade you for free if you have a legit copy of Win7. I upgraded several computers like this earlier in the year.

install from your own iso

Unless you desperately need your own background and dont care for the small activation watermark, there's no need to activate it

Kinguin

Every once in a while this question gets posted and someone all ways links this website. Supposedly it works. I haven't tried myself though.

If you still have 7, it is free. Find the Media Creation Tool on Microsoft's site and run it. Done.

It does work. Did it a couple of years ago when I asked this same question. I didn't click the link, but it was around $30 when I did it.

Third for Kinguin. I've bought Windows 10 on there as well as Office 2016. It's a legit site.
