i am looking to buy a couple new TV's. Do any of you have any good recommendations for online sites? Would like free shipping and possibly no sales tax.
Cheapest I have found is a website Buy Squad. Went to BBB to see there reviews and they got a F from them.

Place called Amazon. FWIW I wouldn't order a TV that has to ship small parcels.
Could try B&H Photo

I've been sort of wondering the same thing. I have a lot of Amazon points to redeem but awfully hesitant to buy a 65 inch TV from Amazon and get that shipped.
Think I'd rather drive my happy arse over to BestBuy and physically take it from a store.
Anyone had good experiences with buying large TVs from Amazon?

i'm looking for my boss and he is wanting big stuff and was nervous about buying them online and having them shipped.

We ship and receive TVs daily. Bigger TVs shipped freight on a pallet are damaged a whole lot less than ground small parcels.

Amazon has a proven track record for replacing broken items. I doubt you will find a better company for buying a tv online.
I'm also leery about shipping a big arse tv but I bet it is well boxed and if it arrived broken, I doubt anyone has a better policy for returned items.
Crapshoot on whether the delivery folks will do a good job with the shipping.

Bought several from Amazon and never had an issue. Not in the least bit worried that they wouldn't handle a problem quickly.

I bought a 60" through Amazon with no problem. They made an appointment for delivery and unboxed and plugged it in to make sure it came on OK.

I bought a 55" from buy.com (rakuten.com) and it was shipped alone on a pallet wrapped up standing upright. I would have complete faith in Amazon and Newegg also. Find the TV you want at the best price you can find, then ask about the seller.

Same here.
I've bought 3 TVs in the last 2 years from Amazon (2 for my daughters and a 4K set for me). Never had a single problem...if I had, a simple phone call to get a RAN (Return Authorization Number) would have solved the problem.

Like others, I bought a tv from Amazon and shipped without problem.

Have purchased a TV via Newegg before and didn't have any issues at all. It was only 32" but I was still pretty nervous about it.

Ordered from Crutchfield around Christmas - shipping was fast, the price was competitive, and never had any issues with customer service with previous orders.

Woot.com (owned by Amazon) has great deals on nearly everything. They just vary since it used to be a 1-deal a day type site and are typically refurbs. I've never had a bad experience with them even before Amazon buy out

When I bought my TV from Amazon about 6-7 years ago it was shipped by CEVA Logistics. They even carried inside for me.

I wouldn't buy a TV from anyone other than Amazon nowadays.
Between Warehouse deals and getting the previous year model, you can save a ton on a TV.
Edit - I take that back. During the first Amazon prime day, I was looking for a 55" TV for my outside patio. I wanted the cheapest name brand possible. I ended up buying an LG from Walmart.com for $400 (refurb). While the process was alright, I still had to go to the store, take an hour out of my day, and pick up the TV. (Then they said they didn't have it, finally found it, etc). Having a shipping company deliver my other TV from Amazon within a few days after purchase was a much better buying experience.
