I had to use hyperscroll to get past it.

I absolutely love my airpods, but I'll need reviews for sound and noise cancellation before i drop 250 bones

Parking lot hell. Put them on in store. If they can cancel out that ear splitting cacophony of babel they can cancel out anything...

My left pod on the originally released set has gone really low on me so I’m probably gonna grab these. Noise cancellation was probably my biggest complaint so this is awesome

Anyone know if these will be in stores tomorrow (Best Buy, etc.)? Not trying to wait on shipping if I don’t have to.

From what I have read, for sure they will be in apple stores on the 30th and I'm fairly certain other stores as well such as best buy.

holy shite the noise cancellation is unbelievable. i can sit in my office with no music playing and everything is muted. it's so quiet that it's almost uncomfortable. sound quality is a little better than OG airpods. standard tips fit me perfectly.

can switch between noise cancellation and transparency. transparency lets some sound through if you need to hear people talking to you or something. super easy to switch.

Anyone know how these stack up to the Jaybird Tarah Pros? My Tarahs have been put through about 2 years of gym and 2 years of running and sweaty hell.

These things are awesome so far. I'm getting rid of my Bose QC35 for travel.

I pray they look less silly than the "old" AirPods?! I've seen some giant bodybuilders look quite silly because they were wearing AirPods. To me, I still haven't gotten over the look but I guess they've become the norm now so people just don't care...

Just wish they'd make them in black.

Also interested to see how they stack up to the other 250-300 dollar buds in SQ. If they're only modestly better than airpods I'll probably pass.

For those that have them, how are they for calls? The 1000XM3s from Sony are the best all around on the market IMO but the call quality is abysmal.

After watching the announcement I got my hopes up really high. Honestly these headphones have blown me away. ANC and Transparency mode is really really well done. the headphones are super comfortable. I find myself constantly switching between the modes just because its so cool. They fit very well but almost feel like you arent wearing anything.

I ordered Powerbeats pro (will be returning them now) and IMO the air pods crush the power beats in sound quality. Not an audio nerd or anything. But my personal opinion is AirPods Pro are way better.

Battery life seems to be good. Havent completely drained them but feels like Im getting better life than stated online.

Trying to think of any other first impressions I have had. havent made a phone call on them yet

They are def expensive. Not going to say run out and get them. But if you arent worried about the price and are on the fence I would say go for it. I really am loving these 1 day in.

Also the stems are way smaller. I was very anti Airpods before these. Mostly for the fit. but also look. I dont know that these look amazing but I like them better.

I held out and never got the first and second gen AirPods, despite everyone telling me how great the user experience was. I’ve never liked the fit of hard tips and didn’t like the long stems. I got excited when I saw that these had rubber tips and noise cancelling, so I picked some up yesterday.

The most impressive thing to me is the comfort. I keep thinking they’re going to fall out because they aren’t jammed into my ears at all, but I guess it’s just a testament to the balance and design. Sound quality is solid and I haven’t had any trouble with calls yet. Super easy to use, as you’d expect with Apple. I just need to get used to keeping track of the case and carrying it around.

Thinking about turning in my bose sound sport (under warranty and kinda broken) to Best Buy and getting some of these. So you guys think it’s worth it? What about for running as well

The fit/comfort is fantastic!

They look slightly less ridiculous minus the longer stem. But ditto on needing a black color option. I’m sure I’ll buy another skin kit for these because I’m just not feeling the white.

The sound is sooo much better now with the improved bass...provides a better overall balance.

The noise cancellation/transparency feature honestly shocked me. Didn’t think it would be this good. Very impressive!

If I had to pick one negative then I’ll say that I miss the original AirPods tapping controls vs the Pro‘s new pressing controls.

I’m cool with pressing to swap between noise cancellation/transparency...but for quickly changing songs, play/pause, answering calls etc, it was so much easier to just one tap or two tap. Now you have to press the exact right spot on the stem(1-3 times) and I can just see this getting slightly annoying during workouts.

Overall this is a really impressive upgrade. I’m curious to see how well they hold up to sweat, drops and overall daily use.

Give me these in matte black, with pressing controls AND tapping controls and I’ll give it 5 stars.
