I switched, almost two years ago from an S4 to a 6 plus. I think I liked the idea of Android more than I enjoyed actually having an Android phone. Little annoyances on the Samsung, like the way to easy to butt dial 911 button on the lock screen. Plus the whole way they do software updates. This iPhone two years later still runs like the day I got it.

I still like Android, and I'm not opposed to an Android tablet, but my phones will be Apple at least for a good while.

I'm actually open to getting an iPad.

I want the one that allows me to use the pen.

But, yeah, I hate when I'm the only guy that doesn't have an iPhone on a trip or something and I forget/misplace my charger.

Well, stop doing that, dammit!

The "s" versions are usually better anyway

By that logic, why not wait for the 8 since it will be better than the 7s?

Is that a big deal? Don't most people have wireless headphones nowadays? I don't know. I just see them everywhere.

Is Bluetooth still giving people brain cancer?

I have a 6+ on the NEXT plan and am waiting until next year so I can get 1 year of my wireless contract $40 less per month.

The iPhone 7 (2016) is shaping up to be one of the most under whelming iPhone upgrades in Apple's history. If ever there was a year you skipped an iPhone upgrade, it is this year.

How up to date are you on Apple rumors? Next year's iPhone 8 (2017) is expected to be great with a lot of new innovation and features.

quote:

iPhone 8 EXPECTED FEATURES:

- OLED display
- Faster A11 processor
- Glass body
- Edge-to-edge display
- Camera and Touch ID integrated in display
- No home button
- Wireless charging

This year's iPhone is just a stop-gap model. Can you make do with your iPhone 5C for one more year?

OMG, it looks like the old iPhone!!!!11!!! What does it matter if it's twice as fast, has longer battery life, more RAM, more storage, better cameras, faster cellular, and some yet to be announced feature exclusive to it if people can't tell from 30 yards that I have the NEW iPhone! Apple is DOOMED. FIRE TIM COOK

In September. Hasn't been announced at WWDC since 2010. Rumored release date is September 16th. I'm thinking that just may be the preorder date.

You're too invested in other people's opinion of your phone. And I don't mean that I read your obviously sarcastic response as being serious. I mean that you have to be pretty invested In defending Apple to have even written a post as sarcastic as that.
