Switched from att to Verizon in April. Wasn't really unhappy with att but Verizon made me a very good deal. Verizon has been terrible through the entire process and I'm thinking of switching back to att. Anyone done this?

Switched from AT&T to T-Mobile in BR about a year and half ago.

T-Mobile was awful. Piss poor service and forget customer service. "Ain't nobody got time for that." I only could stand it for a year then went back to ATT, and got a better deal and reliable service. Yea they still have their problems, but at least i can use the phone I'm paying for.

We're thinking of going from Verizon from ATT. What's been so bad?

Had AT&T all through college. Switched to Verizon after graduation because they had the best coverage in bumfrick nowhere where I was stationed.

Just switched back to AT&T after 5 years with Verizon. Never should have left. Verizon's customer service is SO shitty it's ridiculous.

one of the reasons I switched from them a few years ago was spotty coverage, I think they've upped their game quite a bit and with the ability for every carrier to use each others towers and doing away with roaming I don't think there will be issues, I just switched back a few days ago though

Bait and switch tactics. Poor customer service. Nobody will do a thing for you. Poor internal communication in that one person will tell me one thing and when I call back its a completely different story.

I've actually spent more money per month despite the fact that I was sold on the basis of it being cheaper. It has not been at all.

I feel like this is every carrier. The reason we're switching is our bill at AT&T is high already and were about to have to get two new phones raising it $60 more a month. By switching to Verizon we'll get 4 new phones and the bill will be the same as the AT&T bill is now.

I feel like that's the name of the game. We'll probably stay with Verizon for about 2 years and then switch again.

This is the exact reason I left AT&T. The problem was that it's not been cheaper it's been way more expensive. Had I known that I would have just stayed with att because I liked the service.

Not sure exactly what that means but if shopping around for the best deal makes me a woman so be it.

I've been with Sprint forever and their coverage has actually gotten worse over the last few years. The new carrier settings on the iphone means you'll never roam. So you won't be able to use that "unlimited" data at all but everyone around you will have LTE. I've been loyal, but I'm done with Sprint as soon as my contract is up.

Poor customer service.

Thought all phone/ internet/ cable providers etc, had bad customer service...

The only thing better about the phone companies is that my bill doesn't seem to increase on a monthly basis like it does with the internet/satellite. For that reason, I never really need the customer service. I'm with Verizon, btw, and they have a very cheap and excellent road side assistance for towing, lock outs, etc...

I switched from AT&T when I had unlimited DATA to Verizon. I hate that I gave up the grandfathered plan but they were throttling speeds and their cell service was terrible at the time. I was on the road a lot and had dropped calls daily. I have had great service with Verizon and now I can facetime during an LSU game 100k other phones in the area. I still think $100 a month is BS.

I'll have to look into that. I don't know many people with sprint but I'm all about cutting my bill in half.

Had Sprint, went to AT and T. Went back to Spring when they cut my bill in half

Sprint has vastly improved coverage and customer service
