The Notes chip is not far behind the A14 literally is over kill for the hardware it's incased in. Real world difference cannot be felt. Opening and closing apps is literally the same on both phones. Camera is also close actually I think the note is better, native apps are worse on apple..maps, gallery, photo editing etc. Battery life depends on user. Apple is always 2 years behind in innovation

Yep, synthetic benchmarks are not =/= real world performance.
If you watch the videos of real world usage, apps are just as quick and open at the same time on both devices. Super Mario Run opens faster into the game than iPhone 12, along with many others where the Note 20U wins 15-11 in app opening tests.
So in real world use, Note 20 Ultra is often times faster.
But but but iOS optimization!! Dumb sheep will believe anything Apple tells them. That's what makes them ignorant consumers.

I've never understood the whole iMessage brag. It's been awhile since I had an iphone, but someone sends me a text and I receive it or vice versa. Aside from being able to heart a text or send confetti, which are both gay, what am I missing with Google Messages?

All you have to do is say "send link" and the person you're texting gets full HD, 60fps, 4K.. Whatever resolution you took it at.

wife drives me nuts with that nonsense. all her sisters are into the insta/tiktok/facebook/twitter shite so they spend more time responding with emoticons than words. (he says as he puts a laughy face on his TD response...) i've used the RDS or whatever google's new text rich feature is with other pixel users and other than the three (...) when typing i found the ability to attach wacky faces to texts a little underwhelming.
