I noticed there still isn't an app on Fire TV. That's what I currently have. Will I only be able to access it by getting Chromecast or Apple TV at the moment?

Damn, no Android Samsung TVs. That seems like a glaring omission.

I am really excited about getting Disney +, but we only have fire TV's so looks like I'll be waiting

Might be able to side load the android tv app to firestick? Guess you won’t know until someone tries it.

Am I missing the boat on Disney+ or is it mainly just for kids and adults who still like comic book-like kid stuff?

Well the bundle with Disney, Hulu, and ESPN plus for less than Netflix. If you look at the amount of content that Disney owns that they will be putting on Disney plus and Hulu it is much more than kids shows and comic books

I got it mainly for the kid movies for my kids but they will also have a lot of the older nostalgic stuff on there as well. I think some documentary stuff as well.

Thank you. That's helpful. I will have to look into that. Currently I have Youtube TV, Amazon, and Netflix.

Yea, the thing that is going to keep Netflix going is original content, because every other content owner is coming out with a streaming service. Disney just happens to be the largest, and has a really wide variety of content.
