re: Young Players Tracker and Americans Abroad Thread
USMNT right back Reggie Cannon was minutes away from a move to Fulham as the transfer window closed last night but it fell through, I'm told.

Boavista and Fulham agreed to a loan with purchase option around $6m as deadline neared, but the paperwork wasn't prepared/filed in time.

None of our super hyped Hispanic kids from the LA Galaxy have turned good yet. They are still young, but it is a little bit discouraging.

Ligue 1 suddenly a big league for American action. Weah, Konrad, gioacchini, and EPB a pretty nice contingent of youngsters there.

Robbie Robinson has left the Chilean National Team camp to "take some time to process his international allegiance."

Had no idea that kid was good enough to be on the radar of a team like Chile.

Chile is really hurting for strikers. They are going after anyone and everyone. But Robbie is fairly good. He should get more playing time.

They were really going after Soto the past few years.

1/ As the #USMNT prepares to face Honduras tonight, Kicker is reporting that their defender John Brooks (Wolfsburg), while valued by his club, won’t have his contract (up next year) renewed at any price. Brooks would have to accept a pay cut. Talks ongoing.

Marco Rose saying Reyna won’t be able to play until after the next international break. Sounds like he may not be available to us for the next set of qualifiers.

That's going to suck if Pulisic's injury is bad

Busio starting for Venezia. It is on Paramount +. He looks comfortable on the ball so far early in the match. He is linking up well in the mid field between defense and attack.
Tessmann is on the bench.
