Going back to Scotland is kind of the opposite of "interesting".

Told that Jorge Villafaña has agreed to a 3.5 year deal to move back to MLS. Told he'll be a TAM player in '18. Haven't confirmed where he'll end up, but @TimbersFC seem to be teasing the move. He'll go through allocation, meaning Portland will likely have to trade up to get him.

I don't try to understand how MLS works, because it's impossible, but I would think since he was with the Timbers originally they would have some sort of rights or whatever rules they have. But seriously, after he and his family were robbed they should just let him come back and play for whomever he chooses.

He will have to go through the allocation order. LA is currently #1. Portland will make a trade with LA to get the #1 spot. Jorge will go to Portland.

Ya looks like it's complete now. As a Timbers fan I'm totally right now, but I still would've loved to see him try the European route.

Hearing that US U-18 GK David Ochoa has been training with Manchester United since early last week. I’ve been told he has trials planned with a few Spanish and German giants following the upcoming U-18 tournament in Czech Republic.

Not sure what options he had. Barely got any minutes in the Italian 3rd division last year. Hes still only about 20. Come to MLS, do well for 2-3 years, go back to Europe.

he’s still what, 21?

I’d rather see him get minutes virtually anywhere than sit the bench on a low block, route one premier league side

22.

He needs to play, but Scotland is going to do nothing for him.

He showed 2 years ago that he could already play well in that league.

Half Season loan. Open some eyes and Emo can immediately improve his situation.

I am hearing that Scunthorpe's American midfielder Duane Holmes is likely moving to Derby County today. Solid move for the Georgia native. #USMNT

true. I just always reflexively land on the side of "it's better to get minutes than not"

I think it's only a half season loan with an option to extend to a year long. so if he plays like he did with Rangers, I wouldn't be surprised if Bournemouth recall him during the transfer window

Looks like incoming @MarylandMSoccer Commit, @Ale__Milesi, won’t be making it to College Park after joining Serie B side @BresciaOfficial earlier this year! Milesi spent the 2018 spring with the teams U19 side, playing and going the 90 in 6 games as a CB!
