It came out later that he was never actually eligible for us

Never call Christian Pulisic Captain America again. Milan/he begs out of the Gold Cup because "he has been nursing an injury and is tired" yet he starts a meaningless last game of the season.

If anyone was curious about Reyna’s play time over the past six seasons have a look. Kind of sad.

Minutes per Match (Total Minutes), by Season

2019-2020: 22.4 (404)

2020-2021: 60.0 (2,702)

2021-2022: 47.6 (571)

2022-2023: 33.9 (1,017)

2023-2024: 24.7 (592)

2024-2025: 24.6 (614)

Johnny is said to have turned down a move to the Spurs and a move to Athletico Madrid is imminent.

He clearly doesn't want to be in a relegation battle next season....

Yeah looks like a done deal. He should still be with us for the gold cup as apparently he won’t be registered in time for the club World Cup.

17 yo Peyton Miller (New England revs) scored his first goal tonight. Left back who has been the starter since the end of last season. Revs play with wingbacks fwiw but he can also play normal LB and even LW.

Happy for the young man, but New England is not abroad.

When this was a proper thread and proper board, this was the Players Abroad AND Young Americans thread

Turner is on his way to Olympic Lyon for 8 million. It appears that OL is selling their keeper and it would open a path to being a starter.

Oh thank God. And i don't think he'd make that move without some assurances (hopefully).

Let’s not dwell on minutiae at the expense of this board. We don’t have a good youth thread like there used to be so this is the default. In any case Miller will be abroad sooner rather than later.

As for Turner, Lyon are in money troubles and cannot afford to spend 8 million on a backup keeper. This is a great move for him.

Mathis Albert, Gio Reyna, and Cole Campbell all made the club World Cup roster for borussia Dortmund.

I got to talk to a high level scout in the USSF who they felt Albert had a higher ceiling than Cavan Sullivan

Albert's situation is better at Dortmund they play young players. If/when Sullivan goes to Europe he will be loaned out at City.

If we have 3 CB's starting in the Prem next year that would be amazing.
