Very impressed at Jordan’s reluctance to send anyone forward, even down a goal with a couple minutes left.

That Haaland interview was wild
I really don't blame him for downplaying the match against France.
Norway was tied in goal differential and had the goals scored advantage, until Senegal scored late to give France the tiebreaker (goal differential). A draw over France no longer helps Norway.

Seriously considering dropping money on two tickets for the Atlanta R32 game this morning before England wins and makes it official. My wife is actually encouraging it as she has caught World Cup fever.

Argentina wins Group J & secures a spot in the knockout round with a 2-0 win over the Austria.
Austria's loss combined with Algeria's come from behind 2-1 win over Jordan sets up a winner moves on match between the 2 in match day 3. The loser still may move on too... but it's tight.
Both Austria & Algeria have 3 points. A draw in the coming match between the 2 favors Austria, which has a goal differential of 0 while Algeria is at -2 GD.
The loss to Algeria officially eliminates Jordan, locking the Jordanians into 4th place in the group. Jordan is still on 0 points & will head back home after its group stage finale against Argentina.

I’ve watched almost every game and that one was by far the most entertaining to me.
