Yep.

Fellaini and Hazard bowing out before, but it's officially over, been fun to watch.

They will. We are soft af and despite Belgium’s project runway contestant-esque appearance they are not.

We had to save their arse in WW2 after they decided to roll over. frick those waffle eaters. They would be speaking German if it wasn’t for us. Classless pussies.

Bruges is the cleanest city in Europe that I’ve visited, and spent a nice vacation there. It’s a beautiful country, however flat it may be.

Two trips to the quarterfinals and one trip to the semifinals across 4 world cups. Pretty decent run for their golden generation.

But this chapter does appear closed

I didn’t realize that this is only the third time that Spain have reached the semifinals. That’s actually quite astonishing.

The Ardennes is one of the most beautiful places in Europe. Bouillon is absolutely stunning.

between the art appreciation kit they wore today, and the flames on the sleeves last cycle, they did not go out in style

Their uniform game is definitely lackluster as compared to the neighbors. England has a classic and consistent color scheme. French blue is iconic. And Dutch orange is the goat uniform.

Then there is Belgium. You are never quite sure what they will wear other than at least some of it will be black.

Angry Croatian

Saw this tweet about the match today and it made me laugh. There's just no consistency whatsoever with the officiating in these matches this WC.

Belgiums golden generation fricked it vs Wales in 2016, they should have won that tournament, 2018 they were the second best side for sure. Their window closed when Hazard got fat and their defenders started to retire, this was a last huzzah for some of them and I thought it was harsh that they didn’t get ET, but that’s life.

Remains of King Alfred have been uncovered this week, the English king who defeated the Vikings….It is written.
