You know you're wide open to getting all this bandwagon stuff thrown back in your face, right?

I love when bandwagon fans find ways to justify their fandom while criticizing others.

Be impressive if you could find a Chelsea fan outside of England 20 years ago...

There's another. So because your team has a bigger and older bandwagon that makes it ok to jump on? Good logic.

It'd be even more impressive if Liverpool could have won a league title in said 20 year time frame, but alas...

I'm just joking... I don't really care.. It would be hard to root for a club that had no shot of competing for anything, if I wasnt born and raised supporting them (see Saints for most of my life)...

I admit the club I support is the most successful club in England...

Jump aboard the 8th place bandwagon. We stacked.

On a more serious note, are we really have the bandwagon discussion again?

Im 28 and been a United fan since around 10 when there was very limited options on tv compared to now, shite even compared to a few years ago when a huge chunk of this board starting following the game. I started following rangers around 13 thanks to foxsports world. Only way i kept up with the game was skysports news b/c thats all you had 15 years ago

Not really. Just always love when someone comes around on their high horse how sure they root for Man U, Barca, Chelsea, Liverpool etc... but they aren't a bandwagon fan but everyone else is.

Manchester City Blues - 2013

I started following Manchester City in 2013 because they were real good at FIFA. I think they won the English Championships? I also like Barcelona and Real Madrid. I just found out that Real is pronounced REE-ALL. Crazy shite. I love Spain in international soccer because Chavi is real good. Yay soccer.

When I started playing soccer in High School, one of my good friends on the team was a huge Liverpool fan. I started watching them and I was hooked.Steven Gerrard became my hero as I too played midfield for my HS and rec teams. Now, one of my current roommates is also a Reds fan so we watch games together.

when i first paid attention to soccer i was a Man U fan (at the time CR7 was there)…

but i think it was FIFA 08 or something i wanted to try a different team, so i picked Liverpool (although i did like Tottenham's logo and kits)… and the rest is history...

Sounders FC - decided I was going to get into soccer in 2009 pretty much the same week the MLS season was going to kick off. Decided I'd root for the expansion team that season and see how it worked out. Watched their first match against NYRB and was hooked.

Tottenham - Decided to start following Europe in the summer of 2009. I read some and watched a lot and basically Spurs came to me. I really liked their more attacking style of play that season and just started following them.
