Seen he just signed a long-term deal with Arsenal.

One of the reasons Musah chose to commit to us was his close relationship with Balogun, so I like our chances.

Can't wait to see Musah assisting Balogun in a tight game in San Pedro Sula during the Hex.

Will be bizarro world for me as a Honduran-American who fookin loves that shite club Arsenal

Where did he say this? I can't find any article that says that.

Based on what?

No one in this thread has an idea what the chances are.

I would have felt better about our chances if he had left arsenal.

I believe he's only been in one of our camps (in 2018). Has since played with both England's U18s and U20s. He signed a new contract with Arsenal instead of leaving England. I don't see how you can say the chances are anything besides small. They aren't zero, but I'd definitely put them below 50%.

Only 1 person in the world knows what the actual chances are. So if we can't speculate, then what's the point of talking about it?

I would factor in his relationship with Musah and call it 50/50.

While he has been to more England youth camps, he hasn't really played that many more matches wearing the England crest than he has the USMNT one.

He's been in at least 6 camps with England compared to one of ours. He accepted at least 1 more camp with England (U19s) but had to pull out due injury. He played in 4 games with us over one camp. That's still a lot more time involved in the English camp.

You're letting 1 friendship pull a shite-ton of weight.

I'm trying to find it but I can't remember where it was. I kinda feel like someone here posted it when we were recruiting Musah, but I do know I read it and didn't imagine it.

You're letting youth camps pull a shite ton of weight.

Musah fricking captained the England U-18's.

Except Musah didn't go back to English camps (let along multiple camps) after coming to our first, had already been living outside of England for over a year, didn't sign a new contract keeping him in England, and only lived in England for ~8 years as opposed to Balogun's 17.

This means literally nothing.

If anything, it further proves that youth camps don't mean that much considering Musah was never in the US youth camp and still chose us.

Be better at formulating arguments, because you kind of suck at it.

Your argument is that he has a friend on the team.

Aren’t we both rooting for Balogun to join USMNT?
