Just hearing about Lockyear collapsing at mid-pitch yesterday, mate.

Scary moments at Luton Town

evidently he had a previous heart attack in May also during a game - I don't see it working out for him in the future but I hope he's ok.

I did in a HS match. Booked for a late challenge and then he said I was an idiot not 5 seconds later. Hasta la vista and see you later.

Steve Cooper TYFYS - a man who looked like his face was frozen whilst smelling a fart.

He got booked twice for the same thing in 5 seconds

some of these vr calls, along with officials making calls, are laughable

they did everything they could to make sure Everton didn't get the draw.

That non call on Odegaard handball was laughable, if not ignorant. there was ZERO angles where it wasn't a PK.

soccer is going the way of boxing

LOL, what a joke. Liverpool fans and anyone wronged, should lead chants of corruption at refs. And Lies from PGMOL, they can stop the match to get refs attention and have him go to VAR

Ray Charles was yelling for a PK

I love that note at the end. How considerate of them. It's truly remarkable how bad the PL fricks it up week after week with a system in place to avoid just such incidents.

2nd time this year they've basically just looked at Liverpool, shrugged, and said, "Whoops". They better hope and pray the champion is decided by more than a game or two. Between the Arsenal and Tottenham games, Liverpool's got a hell of a gripe.

This is my first full season actually paying attention with a vested rooting interest, but holy shite I did not expect officiating to be this bad.

Forest vs. Bournemouth was an absolute shitshow as well. This sport has absolutely no clue how to use replay effectively. Not at all what I expected going in. Some of it borders on literal malpractice. The red card was bad enough, but to then actually go into a VAR review for a handball in the box, where the ball hits BOTH hands while BOTH of his feet are inside the penalty box. The official review comes back and says they can't determine if he's in the box or not, and so they award a CORNER. They completely ignore the handball entirely and instead of giving a penalty or at bare minimum a free kick, they ignore the ruling completely and continue on like it never happened, even though the official ruling was that they simply couldn't determine if he was in the box or not. It's baffling how incompetent these people are.

The cheating is European soccer is getting worse and worse.

Red in. Standard/st.t. Game in Belgium, they call for 4 mins to f stoppage time, suddenly it goes to 5, then 6, then, finally refs get a chance to call a penalty on st truden. So standard could tie it up. Game ends after pk
It's happening more and more
I noticed it because I have bets out on so many leagues

It's hard not to think this way considering the precedent. Some of the ways they find to screw up a review you'd think would be beyond the realm of possibility. Can you imagine the media circus that would ensue if a complete mishandling of a replay review completely changed the outcome of a game in the NFL? I'm not talking about a bad call. I'm talking about them screwing up simple communication so badly that the correct call isn't even conveyed like in the Liverpool-Tottenham match.

"NFL is scripted" would be at an all-time high.
