Not gonna happen. He isn't even close to 100%. Portugal's back line was already very meh and now they've lost Coentrao. Ghana is going to exploit them on counter attacks all game long.

There's no head to head. It goes to GD, then Goals for, and then goals allowed for the tiebreakers.

Yeah if Ghana and US are tied on points, GD, GF and GA then it goes to head to head.
The chances of that are slim though. Only a 1-0 win for Ghana and a 1-0 loss for the US would lead to this.
